Refund & returns policy
Prescription medications compounded for an individual patient are generally not eligible for return once released from the pharmacy, in line with Canadian pharmacy practice standards.
- Report damaged shipments or temperature excursions to support@canadianpeptides.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Verified quality or compounding discrepancies may be replaced or credited at the pharmacy’s discretion after investigation.
- Administrative fees related to consultations or prescribing are governed by the clinician group’s policies disclosed at booking.
